PINK glass FLOWER ribbed petal CANDLE BOWL L.E.Smith 8320/8 1984

Description

Offered for sale is a beautiful and heavy pink glass flower-shaped bowl by L. E. Smith (L. E. Smith called the color peach)  It has six tall flared petals, and the outer surface has a narrow rib texture.  The inside is glossy smooth.  It was offered in Smith's 1984-1985 catalog (picture 5) and is
is L. E. Smith's item no. 8320/8
.  It's lovely on its own, or displayed with other colored glass.  It looks great with a flower arrangement (smaller flower frogs fit great) or with a tea light candle inside.
The bowl stands 4 inches (10.2cm) tall, and measures 6 1/4 inches (15.9cm) from point to opposite point.  A U.S. quarter is shown in the pictures, to give an accurate impression of the size at a glance.  This is a high quality work in vintage American glass.
It's in perfect condition, with no chips, cracks or scratches anywhere on this piece.  Watch for the other fine glass items I'm offering for auction or sale this week!
