MOON & STAR glass OLIVE GREEN covered CANDY DISH with lid L.E. Smith AVOCADO

Description

Offered for sale is a beautiful OLIVE or AVOCADO GREEN glass lidded compote or large candy dish by L. E. Smith. It's in the MOON & STAR pattern. It's lovely on its own, or displayed with other colored glass.
The compote stands 8 inches (20.3cm) tall to the top of the knob, and 5 1/2 inches (14.0cm) tall at the rim. It measures 4 1/2 inches (11.4cm) in diameter at the rim. A U.S. quarter is shown in the second picture, to give an accurate impression of the size at a glance. This is a high quality work in vintage American glass.
It's in perfect condition, with no chips, cracks, scratches, discoloration or repairs. No cloudiness or haze is visible in the glass. Watch for the other fine glass items I'm offering for auction or sale this week, including more MOON & STAR!

I pack all items in sturdy cartons with plenty of cushioning. My shipping time is a HIGH estimate -- I can usually ship faster than the estimated time.
