RETURNS:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you received it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. For hygienic reasons, Therabath products, paraffin, pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers can only be returned if they are unopened. PICK UPS: If you would like to pick up the product, please let us know 24 hours in advance and pay for the item when you come in. We accept most major credit cards in our showroom.  No third party pickups (having someone else pick up an item you paid for).
